Vehicular Adversity Advocate (Executive Board Member with Voting Rights)

The Cheer Outreach Director will oversee outreach initiatives within the cheerleading community in honor of Morgan’s legacy. This includes cultivating partnerships with competitive cheerleading teams, cheerleading coaches, and school-based cheerleading programs; coordinating scholarship opportunities; and developing events that highlight community service, mentorship, and leadership among cheer athletes. The director will represent MLC Charities within the cheer community, actively participate in board discussions and voting, and help expand the reach of our cheer-focused initiatives. This role requires strong networking abilities, event coordination experience, and a passion for youth engagement.
Estimated commitment: ~10 hours/month, varying based on competition seasons and events.

Production Coordinator (Volunteer Position)

The Production Coordinator will manage all aspects of the charity’s digital and social media presence. Responsibilities include creating engaging content (graphics, videos, campaigns), managing social media accounts, scheduling and promoting events, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. This individual will collaborate with leadership and board members to tell the organization’s story, promote fundraising campaigns, and highlight community impact. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and creative design is preferred.
Time commitment: flexible, with increased activity around major campaigns and events.

The director will play a critical leadership role in ensuring financial resources remain aligned with our mission. Strong leadership, grant-writing, and relationship-building skills are highly encouraged.
