Monica is the older sister of Morgan Lauren Cleaves, whose life and legacy inspired the founding of
MLC Charities. She is deeply passionate about supporting families affected by vehicular tragedies
and homicide, as well as uplifting cheerleaders who share Morgan’s passion for competitive cheer.
As President, she oversees all functions of the organization, providing strategic leadership while
expanding the brand through community outreach and fundraising initiatives. She leads with both
compassion and purpose, remaining committed to honoring Morgan’s legacy through service,
support, and meaningful connection
Monica is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, East Point/College Park
Alumnae Chapter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, painting, exercising,
traveling, and exploring new restaurants
